w/c 8th July - Aerial Beaches - Acrylic

Class Outline
As a last hurrah for the summer term we thought it would be fun to try our very own acrylic paintings based on aerial beach scenes. Working from a variety of drone photos of the seaside we'll use palette knives for the sea, and brush work for the beach and add careful tiny images of people with brushes and pens. We'll work on an acrylic paper and format them in your choice of size and orientation. The colour palettes of soft neutrals and beige sand with turquoise blue waters will be very pleasing and evoke wonderful warm summer memories. Expect lots of inspiration, help with colour palettes and basic techniques and to learn lots in a relaxed and fun environment. As usual all refreshments, gentle guidance and materials are included in the price. Please see terms and conditions.
