Class Outline
We are using gorgeous gouache paint to create busy bustling harbour scenes this week. Inspired by the naive art movement we'll be drawing out some charming little scenes and making them come to life with little figures and boats. Bright colours, child-like simplicity and a wonderful excuse to paint for fun this will evoke memories of happy summer trips to the coast. An illustrative look is what we're aiming for this week with emphasis on charm - ideal for less experienced artists who would like to learn to use gouache and watercolour type paint. Perfect for beginners or more experienced artists. Everyone is welcome and groups are small and cosy. As usual gentle guidance, materials and fresh coffee & teas are included in the price.
