Class Outline

A stunning seasonal topic, this week we will be painting lavender fields with their iconic stripes of violet and mauve mixed with lovely soft greens. We will use traditional watercolour paints in pan and tube form and we'll show you how to vary strength of colour, how to add subtle shadows and how create the feeling of distance and atmospheric perspective. There'll be plenty of photos and examples on display to inspire you and the style of painting you produce will be up to you. Perfect for both beginners and intermediates, there will be plenty of guidance and flexibility to make the class right for you. As usual all refreshments, gentle guidance and materials are included in the price. Please see terms and conditions.
