Class Outline

Final flourish of term we're going to use acrylic paints to paint little social scenes and abstract people. We will use several artists for inspiration including colourist Sarah Muir, Ernst Ludwig Kirchner and Richard Diebenkorn and we'll concentrate on shape and colour rather than detailed figurative works. The idea is to channel the modern expressionist movement and have fun without feeling too tied to traditional interpretations of human figures. Artist credit to Sarah Muir for image used. Perfect for both beginners and intermediates there will be plenty of guidance and flexibility to make the class right for you.
