Class Outline

This week we will be using graphite to create our backgrounds and through a process of reductive drawing we'll sketch out shapes and forms. Think of it as negative still life drawing using fine pencil rubbers, putty rubbers and various blending tools. There will be an assortment of items on display for you to draw and plenty of inspiration at hand to help you along the way. This is a very engaging rewarding way of sketching and a fun twist on the traditional pencil medium. As usual gentle guidance, materials and fresh coffee are included in the price.
